I'm an Iraq veteran, worked briefly as a police officer, and got a degree in History so I know all about the failures of dead people. Then, to branch out into something really practical, I also went above and beyond what the Army decided I needed to know about tanks. If you have questions about those feel free to ask me. Frankly the validation of actually using any of the stuff I know would be worth a hundred times the effort of replying.

I live in Boise, Idaho with my wife, son, daughter, and two dogs who are more interesting than I am. And better people. I also put on a twice-annual hands on firearms workshop for writers near Sacramento, California.
